I. Product Description

Model 9912 and 9914 portable AC hipot tester is a test equipment designed by our company according to the national industry test standards. It is safe, reliable, powerful, easy to use and easy to maintain. This product is suitable for all kinds of motors, electrical appliances, instrumentation and household appliances, as well as high-power systems. it preform safety withstand voltage and leakage current test to assess the insulation level of the tested product, find the insulation defect of the tested product, and measure the ability of the tested product through withstand voltage.

II. Feature

1. Variable frequency test, frequency range 40.0-400.0Hz, resolution is 0.1Hz.
2. With fast discharge function
3. With DC test open circuit detection function, it can prevent misjudgment caused by the test line falling off during DC test.
4. Zero-crossing starts to prevent damage to the tested parts.
5. The voltage rises in time gradient and looks for breakdown point analysis.
6. The current upper limit alarm and lower limit alarm function can be set to prevent misjudgment caused by the test line falling off.
7. Current offset function can eliminate the influence of leakage current of test fixture on test results.
8. With arc detection test function.
9. With GFI protection.
10. Insulation resistance has automatic shifting and manual shifting.
11. With a keyboard lock, the protection test parameters are not modified by the operator.
12. Standard PLC interface, RS232C, optional RS485, USB communication interface.
