Transmissioin Line Cable Pulling Conductor Pulley Stringing Blocks

This 822mm Large Diameter Stringing Block possesses the dimension (outside diameter*root diameter*sheave width) of Φ822× Φ710× 110 (mm). Its maximum suitable conductor is ACSR630, which means that the aluminum of our conducting wire has the maximum cross section of 630 square millimeters.

The 10148 type product is designed with the assembled structure. It is really convenient to separate the conductor from middle sheave, thus helping reduce the weight during transportation. Dimension of the middle steel sheave is φ520×φ400×120 mm. Furthermore, we can also provide the rubber coated aluminum sheave, the rubber coated MC nylon sheave, as well as the reinforced nylon sheave coated by polyurethane.
