Cable rollers should always be used when pulling cables. Straight cable runs are pulled in using frame type cable pulleys suitably placed in the ground, avoid damaging cable surface sheath by friction between cable and ground. Cable roller spacing is dependent on cable type being laid and the cable pulling tension along the route. Frame type cable pulleys are used to support the cable over the entire drum width immediately before being pulled into the trench.
Frame type cable pulleys specifications outer diameter 60mm* wheel width 185mm. Four or six rollers are used to form a 185 * 185 frame. The maximum cable diameter that can pass through is 180mm.
The roller is made of nylon or aluminum alloy. Aluminum sheaves are represented by L letters.
Frame type cable pulleys of different sizes can be customized according to the outer diameter of the cable.
